1. SystemicVR doesn't start
If SystemicVR does not run on your computer, please first check if your computer is capable of running de 3D graphics software with which we have built SystemicVR.
Do this by going to http://get.webgl.org.
If you see a spinning cube, your computer's graphics card should be able to run SystemicVR.
Next, follow the instructions below for the browser you are using.
Chrome (Windows and iOS)
Please open chrome and type chrome://settings in your address bar, or click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window and select Settings. When you are there please clear the last 24 hours of Cookies and Cached images. When finished doing that please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Advanced. When you are in the System section, toggle the 'Use hardware' acceleration when available to the ON position (the button should be blue). Click the Relaunch button to restart Chrome and apply your new settings.
Microsoft EDGE and Internet Explorer
When using your Microsoft Edge browser open a new window, type edge://settings/system in the URL field. Please check and make sure that "Use hardware acceleration when available" is marked. If you need to select it, be sure to restart your browser afterward so the change takes effect.
SystemicVR, and in that case the WebGL, is only supported on Internet Explorer 11 and later. When you have Internet Explorer 11 or later it should be working automatically.
Firefox (Windows and iOS)
Please go to about:config in your URL bar. Search for webgl.force-enabled and make sure this preference is set to true. If it's currently set to false, click the toggle icon on the far right to change the value to true. After you have done this search for webgl.disabled and make sure this preference is set to false. If it's currently set to true, click the toggle icon on the far right to change the value to false.
When finished please restart Firefox to apply your new settings.
If this still is not successful try one of the following options :
