SystemicVR Terms of Use
- The "Licensor" is the person or organisation paying SystemicVR for the use of the SystemicVR system.
- The "User" is the person who logs into SystemicVR and actively uses the system either in (unpaid) Trial mode or in a licensed mode.
- SystemicVR is supplied to the Licensor as a software service from the Netherlands company SystemicVR vof.
- The SystemicVR license is personal. The Licensor may provide one (1) user access to SystemicVR with one (1) License. If a Licensor want to grant access to SystemicVR to more Users, the Licensor will need to acquire more Licenses.
- Multiple parallel logins using the same License are not allowed.
- The User is responsible to ensure its computer and the internet browser are able to run SystemicVR, a Unity WebGL program. Details about compatibility can be found by clicking here.
- SystemicVR is an online software program which requires constant internet access. The User is responsible to have an active internet connection of adequate speed while using SystemicVR.
- SystemicVR accepts no responsibility or liability for interruptions or errors in the use of SystemicVR related to computer incompatibility or internet access or speed.
- The User of SystemicVR is fully and solely responsible for the use of SystemicVR in support, training or coaching sessions (the Services). The authors of SystemicVR do not accept any liability related to the use of the software and the direct or indirect outcomes of any Services supported with SystemicVR.
- The User and the Licensor shall indemnify SystemicVR from all actions, claims, losses and expenses in respect of loss or damage (physical as well as mental) to third parties arising from the Services supplied by the User.
- SystemicVR reserves the right to discontinue access to the software if the licensor fails to adhere to these Terms of Use and the applicable Financial Terms & Conditions. In case of discontinuation, no money will be reimbursed to the licensor.
